Upgrade to PhotoSite 1000, PhotoSite Unlimited or PhotoSite Unlimited Plus to share more photos and get a personal domain. Each membership also includes free photo management software, full–screen slideshows and mobile viewing.

This service is explicitly for photo sharing. You can create and design albums and publish them to the Internet. The albums provide flexible organization and 24 different styles. Some of the album layouts include chronological that lists photos newest to oldest, and a calendar that allows patrons to search your photos by date.

Privacy settings control access by password–protecting or hiding private albums. You can even allow your visitors to post comments for each picture. These features and more make it is easy for friends and family to see your photos.

The photo album has some convenient features so you can choose your frame style and color scheme to show off your photos, view sample styles, access editing tools to crop, brighten, tint photos and correct “redeye”. You can add custom captions to your photos, chapters and albums with customizable fonts and styles.

Ease of Use of the Service:  

PhotoSite is fairly easy to use. This photo sharing service didn’t receive a perfect score in this category because there are a couple of programs that you will need to download in order maximize the full potential of PhotoSite. One of these programs is Album Builder, which allows you to create and customize your albums. This software is easy to use and very functional, but requires the extra steps during the download and more features to learn.

If you want a simply online photo sharing service, PhotoSite is an excellent choice. The features make it easy to invite people to your web page and there are many choices for creating, editing and enhancing your albums. This is not a good site for those who are more concerned with being part of the community and less about actually sharing photos.
